Rare Antique Victorian Pink Sapphires Five Stone Ring
This antique Victorian, c.1890, pink sapphire half hoop band is one of the most glorious rings to grace this shop. This ring must be appreciated not just for its beauty but for its impeccable credentials. The sapphires are Burmese, unheated, of excellent clarity, and perfectly matched. They are cushion cut sapphires that glow with intense vivid pink and are just mesmerizing.
The gems are set to a classic scroll gallery giving it an elegant period look typical of the Victorian era. It is crafted in 15ct gold, which was gold purity used only in Britain between 1854-1932.
